The system of a retsirkulyatsiya consists of the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya, the vacuum distributor, the electropneumovalve, the electronic control unit and the temperature sensor.

RETSIRKULYATSIYA'S VALVE

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start the engine and leave to idle.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya and on its place connect the portable vacuum pump.
3. Create depression on the retsirkulyatsiya valve. Depression should be steady, and the engine should start to work with interruptions.
4. If depression is unstable and the engine works, continues to work trouble-free, the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya replace.
5. If the vacuum gage shows steady depression, but the engine works trouble-free, remove the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya and check purity of the valve and soaking-up collector. If necessary clear or replace the specified details.

FILTER OF THE VACUUM DISTRIBUTOR

1. Remove the vacuum distributor.
2. Uncover and check a condition of filters.
3. Clear or replace filters, establish into place a cover and the vacuum distributor.

RETSIRKULYATSIYA'S SYSTEM

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a hose from the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya and connect the vacuum distributor to the retsirkulyatsiya valve through a tee with the vacuum gage.
2. Start the engine and connect conclusions of TE1 and Е1 the diagnostic socket.
3. While the engine did not get warm (temperature lower 45 ° C) be convinced that at speed of rotation of 2500 rpm of the indication of the vacuum gage are absent. On the warm engine at speed of rotation of 2500 rpm the vacuum gage should show low depression. On completely heated-up engine at increase in speed of rotation to 2500 rpm the vacuum gage should show low depression also.
4. Check the electropneumovalve. The electropneumovalve is mounted on a soaking-up collector.
5. Check resistance of the electropneumovalve which should be in limits from 37 to 44 Ohm.
6. At unsatisfactory results of check the electropneumovalve replace.

RETSIRKULYATSIYA'S VALVE

Replacement of details of system

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the case of the air filter.
3. Disconnect from the butterfly valve chamber a drive cable (see subsection 5.12).
4. Remove the butterfly valve chamber from a soaking-up collector (see subsection 5.12).
5. Remove the vacuum distributor (see below).
6. Lift the receiver retsirkulyatsiya.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya and remove the valve.
8. The valve of a retsirkulyatsiya is established upside-down.

VACUUM DISTRIBUTOR OF SYSTEM OF RETSIRKULYATSIYA

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect vacuum hoses, previously having marked them, and get the vacuum distributor from an arm.
2. The vacuum distributor is established upside-down.
