2.6.1. Check and replacement of brushes of a cleaner of a windscreen

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. It is necessary to check periodically a condition of a cleaner and windscreen brushes, existence of the damages, weakened connections, and also cracks and wear of a working part of brushes.
2. In use on working parts of brushes dirt and dust deposits therefore efficiency of purification of glasses decreases collect. Therefore brushes should be washed out regularly weak solution of detergent.
3. At operation of the mechanism of a screen wiper there is a weakening of carving connections (bolts, nuts, fixing brackets). Therefore the mechanism of a screen wiper needs periodic check and pulling up of the specified connections. At the same time it is expedient to check a condition of brushes.
4. At detection on scraper parts of brushes of cracks, wear tracks and deformations or if brushes cease to clear glass, it is necessary to replace them new.
	5. Remove shchetkoderzhatel assembled with brushes from levers for what press a latch, then pull together a shchetkoderzhatel from the lever, having inclined on the bent site.
	6. Get a working element of a brush, having extended it on the right side of a framework of a shchetkoderzhatel.
	7. Insert a new brush on the right side of a framework of a shchetkoderzhatel so that small combs on a brush came into a bracket of a shchetkoderzhatel. Stretch a brush before complete installation in a framework then fix a brush, having pressed combs under a framework bracket.
