| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Connect the plug of a red starting cable to a positive pole of the discharged battery. |
|
2. Other plug of a red starting cable connect to a positive pole of the additional (starting) battery. |
|
3. Connect the plug of a black starting cable to a negative pole of the additional battery. |
|
4. Other plug of a black cable connect to a bolt or an arm on the block of cylinders of the started engine, at sufficient distance from the additional battery. |
| 5. Be convinced that starting cables are located at sufficient distance from the fan, belts and other moving details of the engine and cannot adjoin to them. |
| 6. Start the engine from the additional battery, transfer to an operating mode idling and disconnect cables upside-down. |

At engine start by means of the additional battery observe the following rules.
1. Before connection of the additional battery be convinced that ignition is switched off.
2. Be convinced that all consumers (headlights, a heater, screen wipers, etc.) are disconnected.
3. Familiarize with the precautionary measures specified on the case of the battery.
4. Be convinced that noralny tension of the additional battery same, as at the battery on your car.
5. If the engine is started up from the battery of other car, bodies of cars should not adjoin.
6. Be convinced that the control lever of a check point is in neutral situation (or in the situation Park on automatic transmission).
