Prevention
Before the work beginning, learn, how many there is already restored or new cylinder, and whether there are they on sale. Depending on it, you will make the decision, whether it is necessary to you most to be engaged in cylinder restoration. If you decide to restore the cylinder, check in the beginning its internal surface before purchase of spare parts.
Removal

| 1. Disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator. |
Prevention
If the stereoplayer of your car has coding system, check, whether you know a code of activation of a player before an accumulator detachment.

| 2. Lift the car and establish it on support. |
|
|
3. Disconnect a hydraulic tube of the working cylinder. If is available, use a cap wrench for connection untwisting not to break a side (it is specified by the left arrow). Then turn off two fixing bolts (are specified by the right shooters). Prepare some rags as at a detachment of a tube can spill a little hydraulic liquid. |
| 4. Turn off fixing bolts of the working cylinder. |
| 5. Remove the working cylinder. |

| 1. Remove a pusher and a cover (see fig. Elements of the working cylinder of a drive of switching off of coupling). |
| 2. Knock with the cylinder on a wooden surface to get the piston and consolidation. Take a spring from a cylinder cavity. |
| 3. Carefully examine an internal surface of the cylinder on existence of deep scratches or notches. The surface to the touch should be smooth. If it not ideally smooth, it is necessary to replace the working cylinder. |
| 4. Using new details from a repair kit, collect the cylinder, plentifully greasing all elements before assembly by fresh brake liquid. Check correctness of installation of a spring and consolidation. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish the working cylinder of a drive of switching off of coupling on a coupling case. Check, that the pusher got to a nest of a vyzhimny fork. |
| 2. Connect a hydraulic tube to the working cylinder. Tighten connection. |
| 3. Fill in in a tank of the main cylinder of a drive of switching off of coupling fresh hydraulic liquid of demanded type (see subsection 2.1). |
| 4. Pump over hydraulic system (see subsection 8.2.5). |
| 5. Lower the car and connect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator. |
