Prevention
The asbestine dust forming as a result of wear of frictional swore at couplings, and postponing on coupling elements, is hazardous to health – do not inhale it.
Removal and check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator. |
Prevention
If the stereoplayer of your car has coding system, check, whether you know a code of activation of a player before an accumulator detachment.

| 2. Remove a transmission (see subsection 7.1.5 and subsection 7.2.8). |

|
3. Remove a fork of switching off of coupling from an axis with a spherical head, then remove vyzhimny the bearing from a fork. |
|
|
4. Take the bearing for an external path of a kacheniye and rotate an internal holder, having pressed on it. If the bearing does not rotate easily or works with noise, replace it. Wipe the bearing a pure rag and examine it on existence of damages, cracks or wear tracks. |
| 5. Do not immerse the bearing in solvent – for its sealing hermetic was used and, if to lower the bearing in solvent, hermetic will be dissolved, and the bearing will fail. Also, check a fork of switching off of coupling on existence of cracks and deformation. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Fill an internal flute of the vyzhimny bearing with high-temperature greasing. Also, apply a thin film the same greasing on a shlitsa of an entrance shaft of a transmission and a bearing installation site. |

2. Grease a nest of a fork of switching off of coupling in which the spherical head of an axis of a fork, the ends of a fork and the end of a rod of the working cylinder is established by high-temperature greasing. |
| 3. Establish vyzhimny the bearing in a nest of a fork of switching off of coupling. |
| 4. Put on vyzhimny the bearing an entrance shaft of a transmission, having inserted a fork of switching off of coupling into an opening of a case of coupling. Establish a fork on an axis with a spherical head. |
| 5. Apply a thin film high-temperature greasing on a surface of the vyzhimny bearing in that place where it concerns plates of a diafragmenny spring of a press disk. |
| 6. Further installation is carried out upside-down removals. |
