Pumping

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is necessary to remove all air if system any of elements acted in film from hydraulic system or the tank of the main cylinder was empty. Procedure of pumping is similar to procedure of pumping of brake system.
2. Fill a tank of the main cylinder with fresh brake liquid of demanded type (see subsection 2.1).

Prevention

Do not use repeatedly hydraulic liquid merged from hydraulic system at pumping or liquid which long time was in open capacity.

3. Lift the car and establish it on support for receiving access to the working cylinder of a drive of switching off of coupling which is located on the left side of a case of coupling.
4. Find the final valve on the working cylinder of a drive of switching off of coupling (slightly higher than a place of connection of a hydraulic tube). Remove a dustproof cap from the valve and put on the valve a plastic tube. Place the second end of a tube in pure capacity in which brake liquid approximately on 6 cм is poured. The end of a tube is necessary for lowering in hydraulic liquid.
5. Ask the assistant to press a pedal of coupling and to hold her in this situation. Open the final valve on the working cylinder, having allowed hydraulic liquid to flow down on a hose. Close the valve when liquid will cease to flow on a hose. After closing of the valve ask the assistant to release a coupling pedal.
6. Repeat this operation while all air will not be removed from hydraulic system. On a tube pure hydraulic liquid without air vials should begin to flow. Watch level of hydraulic liquid in a tank of the main cylinder; if level of liquid falls too strongly, air again will get to hydraulic system, and you should make a fresh start.
7. Establish a cap on the final valve and lower the car. Check work of a drive of switching off of coupling before car operation.
