1. At first establish the crankshaft, tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings. Then press a new epiploon in the holder and fix the holder bolts to the block of cylinders.
2. Carefully check existence on a condensed neck of the crankshaft of scratches and задиров which can damage a working edge of an epiploon and cause a leak. If on the crankshaft there are traces of damages, it is necessary to replace the crankshaft.
3. An old epiploon it is possible выпрессовать from a reverse side in hammer blows on a drift. Before a vypressovka of an epiploon define depth of provision of an epiploon in the holder.
4. The new epiploon should be pressed evenly on the periphery. Do not damage at a press fitting an internal surface of the holder, otherwise in a place of damage can over time begin to flow.
5. Be convinced of purity of an epiploon, slightly grease an external edge of a new epiploon. The epiploon should be pressed evenly in an opening therefore, to rebuff an epiploon into place a hammer it is not recommended. In the absence of a press it is possible to press an epiploon, having laid an epiploon with the holder between two wooden whetstones and to clamp in a big vice. Whetstones should be rather thick to provide uniform distribution of effort on the epiploon periphery. Slowly press an epiploon, do not allow an epiploon distortion in the holder.
6. At last, the epiploon can be pressed in the holder in hammer blows through the massive wooden whetstone which thickness provides uniform distribution of effort on the epiploon periphery. At a press fitting do not allow an epiploon distortion in the holder.
7. Before epiploon installation assembled with the holder on the engine oil a working edge of an epiploon for the engine or greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide. Establish new laying of the holder.
8. Gradually tighten bolts of fastening of the holder with the moment specified in the section (see subsection
