GENERAL INFORMATION

CARS WITH THE PETROL ENGINE

Start – starter inclusion. After an otpuskaniye the key comes back to the situation On. The order of start-up of the engine is described in subsection 1.6.

On – inclusion of electric equipment of the engine and all consumers. Corresponds to conditions when driving.

ASS – inclusion of additional consumers (for example, the receiver), electric equipment of the engine is disconnected.

LOCK – electric equipment of the engine is disconnected, the wheel is blocked. The key can be got only in this situation. Key turn from situation ASS in the situation LOCK is carried out by pressing it.

THE CARS EQUIPPED WITH THE IMMOBILIZER

After key extraction from the ignition lock the immobilizer system (recognition of a code of start-up of the engine) is automatically given in a ready state (see subsection 1.5.2).

At engine start the key can stop in the situation LOCK. For key release at first be convinced that the key completely came into the lock, then shake a wheel, carefully turning a key in the lock.

Prevention

It is forbidden to get a key from the ignition lock during movement as there will be a locking of a wheel and the car it becomes uncontrollable.

CARS WITH THE DIESEL ENGINE

Start – starter inclusion. After an otpuskaniye the key comes back to the situation On. The order of start-up of the engine is described in subsection 1.6.

On – inclusion of electric equipment of the engine and all consumers. There is a warming up of starting candles. The situation On corresponds to situation when driving.

ASS – inclusion of additional consumers (for example, the receiver), electric equipment of the engine is disconnected.

LOCK – electric equipment of the engine is disconnected, the wheel is blocked. The key can be got from the lock only in this situation. Key turn from situation ASS in the situation LOCK is carried out by pressing it.
