3.3.5. Ignition coil

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove a plastic cap of the coil.
3. Unscrew two bolts of fastening of the socket of the coil and connect щупы an ohmmeter.
4. By means of an ohmmeter measure resistance between positive and negative coil conclusions (are specified by shooters). Compare result to standard value.
5. Measure resistance of a secondary winding, i.e. between a positive conclusion of the coil and a high-voltage conclusion (are specified by shooters). Compare result to standard value.
6. If both resistance differ from standard, the coil of ignition replace.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove from the coil the thermal screen.
3. Disconnect wires from the coil, previously having marked. Unscrew screws of fastening of the coil.
4. Unscrew screws of fastening of the coil.
6. The coil is established upside-down.
