Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the receiver the index of level of oil, the oil pallet, a plate of a maslootrazhatel (only on engines of 1,8 l) and a maslopriyemnik assembled with the filter of rough cleaning.
2. Will hang out the engine from above and remove a gear belt, a roller of a natyazhitel of a belt with a spring, a leading pulley of the crankshaft, a conducted gear wheel of a cam-shaft and an asterisk of a drive of the oil pump (the last detail acts in film on engines of 1,3 l). The order of performance of operations is described in subsection 3.1.1.6.
3. Having unscrewed a bolt (it is specified by an arrow), remove the sensor of position of the crankshaft if it is provided by a design. Unscrew a bolt and lift the receiver the index of level of oil. On engines of 1,3 l turn out from the block of cylinders the reduktsionny valve.
4. Unscrew bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove from the engine the case of the oil pump. If necessary hook the case a screw-driver inserted between a cover of the forward radical bearing and the case, or displace the pump in easy blows of a hammer with soft the brisk. On engines of 1,3 l remove a sealing ring.
5. To Soskrebita from the demountable planes of the pump and the block of cylinders the remains of a material of laying, then wash out the planes solvent of a varnish or acetone.
6. Unscrew five screws with a secret head (on l engines 1,6 and 1,8) and uncover pump cases. Get conducting and conducted rotors (see fig. Details of the oil pump (engines of 1,3 l) and fig. Details of the oil pump (engines of 1,6 l and 1,8 l))
7. Get a lock ring, a spring and a plunzher of the reduktsionny valve.

Prevention

Keep in mind that the spring of the valve is clamped with big effort therefore be careful, put on goggles.


Condition check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wash out all details in solvent, check existence of wear and damages.
2. Check a condition of a sliding surface of the piston of the reduktsionny valve and a spring. At detection of damages the piston complete with a spring replace.
3. Check shchupy a gap between a rotor and the pump case.
4. With the help щупа and calibre check a face gap of a rotor.
5. Check shchupy a gap in gearing of the leader and conducted rotors. Results of measurements compare to the standard. If gaps exceed norm, rotors in a set replace. If necessary replace the pump case.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease rotors with fresh oil for the engine and establish in the pump case labels down on engines of 1,3 l, or labels up on l engines 1,6 and 1,8 (labels are specified by shooters).
2. Put in a pump cavity technical vaseline, put a cover and tighten screws of fastening of a cover.
3. Grease the piston of the reduktsionny valve with fresh oil for the engine and establish valve details in the case or in the block of cylinders.
4. On engines of 1,3 l put on the case of the pump of a drop of hermetic in diameter of 5 mm and enclose in a case flute ring laying. On engines 1,6 and 1,8 of l put on the block of cylinders new laying (сориентируйте laying on pins).
5. Establish the pump assembled on the block of cylinders and wrap fastening bolts. On engines 1,6 and 1,8 of l dress a leading rotor on the crankshaft, having combined лыски on the crankshaft and on a rotor shaft.
6. Tighten fastening bolts with the set moment in three steps. To avoid case deformation, tighten bolts in a diagonal order.
7. Establish other removed details upside-down.
8. Establish a maslootrazhatelny plate and a maslopriyemnik assembled with the filter of rough cleaning, previously having replaced laying (see subsection 3.1.1.12). Tighten bolts with the moments specified in (see subsection 3.1.1.1). At installation of a tube of the index of level of oil replace a sealing ring from the pump.
9. Fill in oil in the engine, start the engine, be convinced of lack of leaks.
10. Again check oil level in the engine.
