GENERAL INFORMATION

Drafts and cross-piece of a back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off nuts of fastening of a back wheel, lift a back part of the car and establish it on support.
2. Block forward wheels and remove a back wheel.

3. If on the car the valve of restriction of pressure in a contour of the back brakes is established, sensitive to car loading – turn off a lock-nut, a fixing bottom spring of the valve to the right cross-section draft of N2. Try not to braid the adjusting nut, established is slightly higher. It is recommended to mark an adjusting nut and a carving of fastening of a spring with quick-drying paint in order that then it was possible to establish them in initial situation.

4. Remove a nut and a washer from the external end of the cross-section draft, fixing it to an arm of a nave and remove a bolt (if you remove only draft of N2, it is not necessary to get a bolt).

5. Turn off and remove a nut and a washer from the internal end of the cross-section draft, fixing it to a suspension bracket cross-piece.

6. Remove cross-section draft of N2.
Prevention

Do not turn off a lock-nut and do not rotate an adjusting coupler; if you turn off a coupler, it will change a convergence of back wheels.

7. Turn off a nut and a bolt, drafts fixing the internal end.
Also, turn off a nut and a bolt, bent for fixing the external end to a nave arm. Remove the central section of an exhaust pipe and isolation of an exhaust pipe (see subsection 5.13). If on the car the valve of restriction of pressure in a contour of the back brakes, sensitive to car loading is established, disconnect fastening of the bottom spring (see point 3).
8. Establish a jack under a cross-piece of a back suspension bracket. Turn off four bolts, fixing a cross-piece (see fig. Drafts and cross-piece of a back suspension bracket). Lower a cross-piece so that it was possible to get the long through bolt, fixing cross-section drafts.
9. Turn off and remove a bolt and a nut of fastening of forward cross-section bent for to an arm of a nave of a back wheel.
10. Remove a nut and a bolt, fixing forward cross-section bent for to a suspension bracket cross-piece.

11. Remove cross-section draft of N1.
