3.2.12. Assembly of pistons and rods

GENERAL INFORMATION

At assembly of pistons and rods to observe the following instructions:

The arrow on the piston bottom (or put, or on a new rod with an arrow) should be turned to a forward part of the engine.

"VORN" label on a rod should be turned to a forward part of the engine. On a rod near to the bearing there is a small ledge which should settle down closer to the forward party of the engine.

Indexes of numbers цилинров on rods and covers of bearings should coincide.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

2.
