3.2.7. Installation of a head of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Impose new laying of a head on the block of cylinders. Check that the forward party of laying coincides with the forward party of the engine. Both pins should pass through laying.

2. Check, that the pin on the end of a camshaft was from above and impose a head of cylinders on the block of cylinders so that pins entered.

3. Grease a carving and the bottom parties of heads of bolts of a head of cylinders with engine oil and screw bolts in openings.

4. Wrap bolts of a head of cylinders in sequence, return specified fig. An order of an inhaling of bolts of a head of cylinders, for three passes till the final moment of an inhaling of 84 N of m.

5. Tighten laying of a cover of a head of cylinders and put on a cover (gaps of valves should be already adjusted). The contact surface at the left and to the right of a camshaft flange from the forward party, and also in the middle at the left and to the right of a camshaft should be covered with a hermetic layer. The cover fastens six washers and nuts. Tighten nuts the moment of 7 N of m.

6. Put an average cover of a gear belt and after that establish all removed details of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism as it was already described.

7. Other works are made upside-down. The following hoses should be connected: a returnable fuel hose to the fuel pump, two water hoses to a head of the cylinders, two fuel hoses to the fuel pump of a high pressure.
