3.2.4. Dismantling of a head of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clamp in a vice a head of cylinders for attached to one of hairpins of a final collector a bracket.
2. Remove a camshaft. Unscrew bolts of covers of bearings a cross on a cross from edges to the middle and remove covers.
3. Removal and installation of valves needs the special tool shown in drawing. Tighten the tool before compression of a spring and then remove crackers of valves. (For removal of valves it is possible to use and a piece of a tube.)
4. Take out cups of springs and a spring. Remove maslootrazhatelny caps from cores of valves and at once throw out, as they are subject to replacement. All details of each valve hold together.
5. Lay valves in the overturned cardboard box and near each valve write its number.
6. Remove all remained on a head of cylinders of a detail.
